what is the best way to install the rear PONTIAC insert decal lettering.?

Slowly and use a "Q" tip to move it around in the correct spot. And be patient with it.

Yeah there really is no best way. Took me about an hour to do perfectly. Use a spray bottle with water and 2 drops of soap. This way you can move it around somewhat. I didn't use a Q-tip, but that is a damn good idea. Go to it!
