dash coming unglued?

*this is how I bought the car*

the passenger airbag deployed at some point and was reattached. At the upper corner where they meet, the dash is lifting and/or coming unattached. I know a whole new dash could be had for ~$100 but in the meantime, is it possible to glue it down? If so, what adhesive would work best?

Pics also show why a 97+ crash pad shouldnt be used with a 93-96 dash. Previous owner did that...

Sure! You in tx? There is one 1" crack from the vent opening to the edge just to the left of the pics
