i just brought a raptor hood of a guy and the paint chiped off in places big chipps. what can i use to stripp the paint of this fiberglass hood with out hurting the gel coating underneth?

there are chemical strippers available,that will remove paint w/o harming gel-coat,(Mar-hyde)comes to mind

Citri Strip does a good job. I'd test a small section first though . . . Smells like Oranges too.
