paint removale

i just brought a raptor hood of a guy and the paint chiped off in places big chipps. what can i use to stripp the paint of this fiberglass hood with out hurting the gel coating underneth?

john your in chicago i see hey i need to talk to you also my frind has a 67 impala and with a big block. he want a fuel injection intake to fit the big black cause he gonna bo with a supercharger any idea where he can get a f i intake from ? i will call your guy thanks

there are chemical strippers available,that will remove paint w/o harming gel-coat,(Mar-hyde)comes to mind

Citri Strip does a good job. I'd test a small section first though . . . Smells like Oranges too.
