Default car cover

so i have to go to my rents house where there are cats!! i am thinking of getting this cover before i go:

http://www.carcoverworld.com/Frames....stom.asp?CID=4

it's only about $75, but i will hardly EVER use it (seems such a waste). all i want is something that won't scratch the paint, and allow the cats to get on the car without scratching the paint underneath. thoughts?

Covercraft makes a nice cover, I had a few of them myself. Only thing to look out for is the sides of cover, since the f-bodies are so long the sides of the cover can flap around in the wind so I used to use a bungee cord and tighten each side of the cover (connect the cord to the holes in the sides of the cover)
