Side moldings off of camaro?

can we camaro guys take the side moldings off of our cars. ive seen a lot of T/A guys do it, but i havent seen any camaro guys do it (that i can remember). does any one know if this looks good? thanks. josh <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

My SS never had them in the first place, but this should give you a pretty good idea of how it looks without them. I tend to like it a bit better, but I suppose I'm somewhat biased. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

imo, it just looks too much like a V6 car.
Altho the sound would definatly tip you off its a V8 and probably a real SS/Z28, to me, esp on a black car it just looks too much like a V6. Just my opinion...i like seeing the badging on there
