Dying HID - bulb or ballast?

I've got one going out, bulb will "ignite" then goes out.

Seems to me like a ballast issue but I'm sure there are those more knowledgable than I..

Any thoughts?

Swap the ballasts from one side of the car to the other and see if the issue follows the ballast. If not, it's likely the lamp.

Yeh, I think I'll give that a shot Friday if I can find time. I've got a spare ballast or two in the hangar I think..
