Before and During [pics]
I never go to douglasville (even tho it's on my address.
Seems like paulding county is a bit of an auto enthusiast county. My neighborhood alone has a lot of gearheads, but I don't know any of them really.
Too many ford people out here.

'sides, highway 5 and the mall area is a traffic nightmare.
eh, I don't know that I have a "musclecar" in this camaro.
Good luck with what? What's that supposed to mean anyway?
Maybe I should clarify why things are the way they are on this car.
The hood on this car came that way from the guy I bought it from. It has a lot of scratches, it's high on the passenger side by the hinge (you can clearly see this from the pic, I did no adjusting, I just put it on in my garage one afternoon.) It has deep scratches and pits all over it from tornado winds and debris, the corner is broken, and the scoop has peeling pewter paint on the eggshell covering. It's not a perfect condition hood. If it didn't come with that vynil on it, I wasn't going to paint it.
The headlights that were on this car were opaque. One of them was broken in several places and had a dead bee inside it. The headlight bulbs did not match, one of them, (the opaque one) was a super blue whatever ebay light, the other was a stock halogen. The black depo headlights were cheaper by like $30 over a full chrome set, and I happen to like the look of the blacked out headlights. I don't claim it adds horsepower or some **** like that.. I just like it and it was cheaper.
The turn signals were also opaque and one of the side bulbs was flat out missing, the socket was hanging inside the bumper. The lenses were chipped cracked and broken. The clear lenses were cheap and got me going easily, and I don't really like the color amber on these cars anyway.. so I don't see where that's a problem.
the black hub covers on the wheels are done that way because the previous owner painted them blue. Blue would have looked terrible on a pewter car, so I rattle canned them black for cheap. The black lug covers were from autozone, because I was missing half of my stock silver ones and the ones I did have looked terrible.
The only thing I have INTENTIONALLY changed cosmetically so far was the berger panel, and I did so because I like the look. I don't claim it makes my car any faster, or any "better." It's something I wanted to do to my last car but never got around to. I think it looks good.
I'm not trying to claim I have a fast car. I'm not a "ricer." I am working on the engine, but a $3000 set of heads is a lot more expensive than a $5 berger panel at a junkyard. I went to the yard with my dad to enjoy time with him, not because I was looking for this piece, I just happened to find it.
You can think my car is terrible all you want, but I enjoy it, it's paid for, and it's my project. It won't ever be perfect, but it'll eventually be good enough.
