best way for red halos!

best way for red halos! whats the best way to get my current halos red heres what halos i have

and i want to make them red but i want them pretty bright ive heard of 3000mcd leds and stuff and also the ccfl rings but idk which would be the best and easiest i dont want to modify the housing or anything would these be a good choice or no?
