Hope this helps:
6LITEREATER Splitter Installation

How to install 1998-2002 Camaro Splitter…

1) Jack the car up, place on jack stands and remove the 4 10mm perimeter bolts from each side underneath the bumper (they are what hold the black plastic to the bumper).

INSERT ATTACHED PICS HERE

2) Mount splitter using longer (provided in kit) 10mm bolts, 4 on each side, using the factory mounting holes. Slightly looser than snug at this point.

3) With the front of the splitter pushed against your bumper drill into your bumper cover THROUGH the pre-drilled front three holes of the splitter.

OPTIONAL: Instead of drilling holes you could attach with industrial double sided 3M tape, I recommend drilling and using the provided bolts though.

4) Remove the 3 factory mounting tabs that hold the bottom of the bumper cover up (in front of the condenser/radiator) to provide access into the bumper cover. I usually use a kitchen fork on these tabs but needle nose pliers work as well.

5) Install the three remaining bolts through the splitter into the bumper cover. Order should be: bolt head, washer, splitter, bumper cover, washer, lock washer nut. Tighten snug (both are 13mm heads).

OPTIONAL: Before tightening, adjust the splitter to your desire. It has 1″ of forward/back asjustability built into it.

6) Re-install the three mounting tabs that support the bumper cover and re-tighten all perimeter bolts. Just snug, no need to over tighten.

7) Lower car back to the ground and enjoy!

All in all should take 30min. if you’re quick, 60min. if buddies are over and more talking gets done than work, lol!

Must've miss read your first post. My bad.
Regardless, looks like it'd be similar.
Have you tried emailing Mark directly?
From his site, it says:
Easy to mount via five self tapping bolts per side they also DO NOT interfere with any type of sub frame connectors.
Seems pretty self-explanatory IMO.

6LITEREATER Side Splitter Installation
1998‐2002 Camaro Splitter

1) Jack the car up, place on jack stands so that one side of the car (driver/passenger) is off of the ground and high enough to fit a drill underneath the rocker panels.

2) Mount side splitter using Gorilla Tape, prop it up with something or have a couple of friends hold it. The idea is for it the be held in place while you drill the holes (it is exactly the length of the car from wheel well to wheel well so it lines up there easily, for side to side alignment I just line the inside edge of the side splitter along the pinch metal where the rocker connects to the floor plan).

3) Drill five holes (through the already waterjet holes on the side splitter) into the metal. You should use a drill bit only SLIGHTLY smaller than the self tapping screws provided.

4) Install using the 5 (per side) provided self tapping bolts each with their own provided M6 washer (same size used on the factory holes for the front splitter). Tighten snug.

OPTIONAL: Before tightening, adjust the splitter to your desire. It has 1″ of forward/back adjustability built into it.

5) Lower car back to the ground and enjoy!

All in all should take 30min. if you’re quick, 60min. if buddies are over and more talking gets done than work, lol!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE !
