Now looking at the slider release it shouldnt be this close to the front of the seat either. I cant even get it to rotate. There has got to be something Im doing wrong here, but I cant figure it out.

Yes. The sliders seem too long for the holes in the seats and the bracket's holes are too far apart from the sliders.

maybe you got the wrong set of seats from 6LE? I know that the frame on their style seats is modified some to fit the brackets...

Whats odd is that if I put the bracket directly onto the bottom of the seat w.o a slider in between the holes on the seats and brackets match up fine. The sliders dont match at all.

Cleaned up this thread just a little. I messed around and swapped around the sliders for the driver's side seat and got everything lined up. Got it installed finally. I cant do the passenger side yet since I dont have a tool to put a notch in the sliders for that side. Its only off by a hair but enough to not let me bolt the sliders to the seats.

Im having the same problem. My sliders don't line up with the seats at all. Looks like I'm going to have to shave out maybe an 1/8 or more to make them fit.

I eventually got mine installed, but I had to grind the brackets and sliders to get them to match up. I also swapped the driver & passenger side release so they could be used. If the bars were facing in towards the center of the car they were flush against the bottom of the seat and couldn't be used.

all these issues sound pretty standard at the moment. maybe 6LE can get with their suppliers and see if some of these issues can be addressed. won't help us but, maybe save someone in the future the same hassles.

My pass size had that problem. It was flush with the bottom of the seat so I placed it facing the console. Not my favorite but it works

I ended up putting the lever in a vice and bending it out a bit. Took a bit of muscle but it isnt flush with the seat anymore. Looking back at the install it was a bit of a pain, but Ive had a lot worse issues with installs. Very happy with the seats now.

Also one bracket out of the 4 sent fit perfectly and was notched out nicely. The rest I had to drill out myself.
