Foam bumper question

I'm in the process of deleting my stock grill, and i'm looking for info on how much of the foam bumper i can remove, or all of it. All street car, might see the track someday. Air flow through there would be nice too

You can remove it all but I've heard of the bumper sagging after that and you can't put like any weight on it or lean on it
