Usnfexix... Spartan kick! Hilarious!! I enjoy this board! I've been on the other side of my car/trucks and I dnt think they are UNBAREABLE! but to each his own! ZNix... I think
The ppl who act like they can't see are over reacting just like u and USNFENIX... but once again to each his own. Lol ya WICKED I'm glad someone caught that! I laugh at good min or 2 before I could respond. I agree with lemons tho it probably is curtious to other driver if they say they can't see. If if continues I will drop in projectors... That's for all the comments tho! Keep em comin! I feel like this thread is about ME now! And I'm getn a kick outa everyone response!

are you retarded? the grammer in this whole response is horrendous. maybe thats why you think its funny to blind other drivers. maybe thats why you can stand in front of your car and not be blinded. anyway yes since you cant process what is happening here this thread IS about you now. and no one is routing for you bud. go ahead and "laugh at good min or 2" again but see if you laugh when you get a ticket or cause an accident. anyways im done with this thread. clearly your an ignorant retarded *******. and when you argue with retards, no one wins.

fyi,

usnfenix, not usnfexix
don't not dnt
unbearable, not unbareable
lol ya WICKED im glad- i dont even know where you were going with that
i laugh at good min or 2- i laughed for a good min or 2 is how that should be written
courteous, not curtious
thats for all the comments tho- you mean thanks? yea thought so.
getting, not getn

i rest my case.

Wow! What a thread! I was thrown off a camaro forum for discussing similar style issues lol. They call it going off topic. I call it a simple discussion. I mean, isn't that what forum means? I like this forum a lot better. You can voice an opinion without being threatened that you'll get kicked off. Just let people do what they want. No one has to like it. Thats what makes this America and not North Korea. We all have our own opinion. And we all know what they say about opinions......

Trams option is a decent setup (in the projector world, LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than a halogen HID setup) with low cost and very DIY friendly. Great option in my book.

Since everyone is posting age.. I am 17. Haha. We worked it out, 2win_SS, its nothing personal. Just didn't want to see someone get hurt, or you get a ticket.

Check out the Lighting FAQ:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...hting-faq.html

BTW, most ebay aftermarket projector housings suck. Some are OK, many are not.

You're best bet is a retrofitted housing with either a real OEM HID projector or a good aftermarket projector.

There's a reason I waited to get my HID's. I wanted to do it right. I went through Blackbird Lighting Solutions. In my opinion they look great, and the performance is excellent. The other night I was driving home from a friends house at almost 3 am and was comparing my lights to other cars with standard halogen headlights. I noticed the road reflectors I was lighting up in front of a car almost 1/8th of a mile ahead of me. Funny thing is my cutoff is adjusted just under the hip level of the cars around me. Light projection is AWESOME! I run the 5000k bulbs with a 35 watt ballast. I don't get flashed at all and I've gotten plenty of compliments on them. Here's a few terrible cell phone pics for an example.

You may see glare here, but that's the cell phone. You don't see that in person.

Here you can see a bit of the output and the cutoff.

Now, were they pricey? Yes. But they were worth every penny. I'm glad I waited and didn't put the H.I.D.'s in the stock housings.
