Fines for infringement can be as high as $150,000 per incident, if enforced.
That's not counting the companies right to damages.
I did contact them today about the emblems. If I can make then I certainly will do it. Hopefully I will know something soon.
could just do what everyone else does and buy them off ebay or firehawk.org's forum. but i guess that might be to easy. and no, neither i or the artist authorize anyone to use my "Blackhawk" script from the picture below or any of his pictures. if you want one, i'll be more then happy to make them for you. i already caught one dick trying to make money off my blackhawk cartoon art off ebay.. don't be that guy
