LED switch over completed !
I did the fronts first long ago......new sockets and housings......what a difference it made.....no more burnt sockets OR housings...........its a MUST HAVE in my book......I used the EL12 flashers for the front only conversion.......finally got the rears to finish up
used 3157 dual intensity 45 element SMDs in red for the turn/stops
a 194 15 SMD oversized for the end bulbs.....the oversize does fit
3157 dual intensity 45 SMD in cool white for the backup
FULLY electronic flasher for the turns
one of the new flashers ( i got 2...1 for flash and 1 one for hazards) crapped out in 5 mins so i stuck the EL12 back in for the flasher and it worked.....go figure

So you just put a fully electronic flasher in one of the slots (which one?) and all of them work as they should? The only led's in the back I have are the reverse lights and I'm not familiar with how to get the brake lights and such to work properly

IMHO, all these led vendors are selling us is junk and overpriced junk at that! They all start out fine, then one by one, one problem or another. I must have 3 diff vendors leds in a box where I buy them, install them, sooner or later one of both crap out. I just tonite put my yellow filament bulb 3156's back in my front turn signals. Seems the interior ones hold up, outside not so much. IMHO, YMMV.
