Default 6LE Seats how low?

I like my stock seating position, but not the seats (obviously). How low do they 6LE seats sit? Lower than stock? Do they move as far forward as stock? I'm about 5'9"-5'10" but like to sit close to the wheel.

I was gonna order the seats and their bracket.

Thanks for any input.

They sit about 2 inches lower and go much further back with the new brackets. Plus they are very comfortable.

From what I understand they to further back but not quite as far forward. I believe about 2 inches less with their brackets.

Wow 2 inches lower. That's quite a bit it seems like, but I guess the stock seats move up and down. I don't wanna order the damn things if I can't see over the wheel.

It depends. There is a write up in the write up section of our forum on our site that shows you how to mount them to your stock brackets.

If you do this, they sit a little higher than stock and travel is the same.

If you use our brackets to mount them to the sliders they come with then you can slide further back AND forward and seating height is the same (the seats sit lower BUT they are more padded than stock so finished seat height is pretty much the same as stock on non power rails, since power can go higher and lower so you can't compare, from my experience)...
