Broken dash pad *pics*

It had 1 crack down the center for about 6 years, and i never really paid much attention to it. But a couple of uears ago while living in the desert, it got substancially worse. Today i noticed 3 more cracks in different places, so i decided to take it out to fix it and do the vinyl mod. Well as soon as i lifted it up, it broke into about 5 pieces. The more i tried to glue it, the more it broke. So i threw it in the trash and bought a new one.

what did you do to reinforce it?

where'd you pick up a new one? how much? my brother needs to do this in his car

I tried to use cardboard, but the plastic had just become too brittle.

I got it from a member on the forum.

GM really dropped the ball with the dash pads. My camaro used to be cracked aswell and i had bought it a cover to go over it. Easy but lazy.
