M6 to A4 center consol question ?

M6 to A4 center consol question ? iam switching my 6 speed transam to a auto th400 trans and wana put in the auto center consol, now will just the just the upper part up the center consol where the shifter goes through and ash trays are swap over? or do i need to replace the complete conter consol, thanks for any info, matt
No there is two bolts inside the center cinsol undo those and the shifter boot and it all lifts up just that piece alone is what you swap out. To get the PRND321 to light up you will need to buy a bulb if it doesn't come with one, not sure how the lighting works with the two.but I do know you just un bolt the two screws and it simply lifts up.
