He's going to have a tough time giving you a rough quote without seeing the car. I know in my area, paint correction typically runs $40+/HR. My prices usually fall right in the range as well, just to give you an idea. It's an investment into your car, but once you have it done, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. OP - Nice work. Those Vette clear coats are always fun... I do it as a hobby, but I agree I've never had a person say it wasn't worth it. :) |
Great work! I'd have you do my car if you were closer. |

Thanks, every c5 I've ever done was pretty tough clear, seems the older the car the tougher the clear. Not as tough as some Euro cars though, Audi's can be tough, especially the newer ones. I do it as a hobby, but I agree I've never had a person say it wasn't worth it. :) How do you like the 3401? |

No kidding! God bless the Rupes and Makita! How do you like the 3401? Got plenty of power and gets you almost 90% of what a rotary can do while still staying pretty safe. Makes a PC seem like a toy in some ways, its got a lot of power, the forced rotation you cannot bog it down. Nice tool to have. |
