So I finally installed my gauge bezel and needles from 6LE this weekend. I also put all my blue LED's in. The bezel...HAHA!! This was quite a task!! It comes in two pieces, the ABS and the stainless. Attaching the two was tricky. The stainless had a slight burr on the backside from being cut out. I gently smoothed that off with my Roloc sander. I had to finagle it to fit the ABS piece, due to the flexibility of the plastic. I attached it with Loctite 414 (the greatest super glue on the planet!!) Then I polished it up!! putting on the gauge face was even TRICKIER!! It didn't follow the lines of the stock face perfectly, so I had to maneuver it around a bit to fit nicely. As far as using 2 sided tape to attach it...NOPE!! That was an epic fail! It kept wanting to pull away due to the pressure on it from forming around the gauges. So I glued it with the Loctite. Yeah, I got a few smudge marks on the gauge face but I don't care! It looks awesome in the car!! The needles went on easy, pull off old ones, press on new ones! All in all, I am pretty pleased with the results! Completely changes the look of the dash! These are just cell phone pics for now, I'll get better ones next weekend.

I also mocked up my CME kit. I have to make some modifications to the exhaust pipes to make it all fit, and I have to go to my local exhaust shop to get a few things, so I'll install this next weekend. I am not gonna paint it! The whole car needs a paintjob anyway, and it looks kinda cool black. It goes nice with the Berger panel. These are just mock up pics. You can also see the 6LE shield on the taillight panel.
