Default Paint Care Question

I took my car into the paint shop to get the front bumper repainted from a minor accedent. I washed the car today and the paint on the car fills ruff. Its on the hood and the rear spoiler. I thought I would wax the car since I hadnt in a while. It still feels ruff even after the wax. Could I use a clay bar to get it smooth again? Im assuming that the ruffness is clearcoat over spray since I did have some on my front windshield

Give the car bar a try, should take off the overspray.

If the claybar don't get it, acrysol will. You can pick that up at any hardware store, and it will not damage the clearcoat.
