Custom Door Panel Inserts
Custom Door Panel Inserts Need help doing my inserts! I have the vinyl wrapped and ready to install. I destroyed the little black clips to get the cardboard off. How do you go about reinstalling it? I used screws and cardboard washers and screwed them into where the white clips were since you won't see it but you can't for the black ones.
I tried using Epoxy to hold down metal clips on the door then I would slide the cardboard thing over them and bend it over to hold the cardboard in place. Only like 3 clips worked, the rest of them broke.
Can I just try to slide whats left of the black tabs on the cardboard and use a puddle of Epoxy to hold it with a clamp?

This is what i did and it worked pretty good. Get a soldering iron and use the leftover plastic from a modeling kit and melt it. Hold down the insert an melt the plastic on to the old tabs. Make sure your outside.
