Where can I get Custom Decals Made?

Ive got a original 99 Daytona 500 Pace Car TA and I would like to have the Nascar and Winston Cup Decals that you find on the front and rear bumper made. They were not allowed on the cars released to the public, due to some Daytona copyright bull crap. They are small decals and should not be too hard to make. I have pictures and sizes. But Im having the hardest time finding someone to make them.

Any Suggestions???
