window doesnt roll all the way up

window doesnt roll all the way up I have a 95 fire bird and the driver side window doesn't roll up all the way just about 1/2 an inch just enough to let the rain In on me and it also seems to need pushed in a little I think I'm missing some piece in the door. Not too sure though. Any help is appreciated!!

I'm almost positive the motor and wiring is fine it doesn't roll up slow or get stuck or anything. I'm thinking there a a rubber/felt piece or something that pushes it in that came out.
while it could be the motor. in my case it wasnt. After removing the drivers door panel i came to find that after letting the window automatically, it lets it self bottom out. The motor torqued the bolts in such a way it dug itself farther down in side the door. Essentially that it was mounted about 1/4 lower in my case. After screwing the motor assembly back into its original position, jb weld, and aluminum, to keep it from torquing its self down its been good for a year.
