Windshield replacement
Go to an auto glass place like Safelite. This isn't a DIY thing for most people.
Talk to your insurance, some have a 0 deductible glass replacement. But even if it doesn't, it only cost me a little over $200 for my windshield replacement on my old 98 (wasn't broken but badly scratched up), although that was 7 years ago now.

Windshield replacement I just had my window replaced.Insurance claim under comprehensive.Safelite came out,put new window in,gets all done and tells me new window has a scratch.Schedule another window,put it in and he finishes up and tells me this window is scratched also.I'm pissed now,he calls his supervisor and they knock $50 off.Cost me $50 total,I wasn't letting them put another window in it.
