Will CME valence melt?

Will CME valence melt?

So i am getting my tips mounted monday by a shop about an hour and half away from me. (fixing my tune as well) My question is i have a spare bumper with the valence already mounted I'm going to put on sunday before i go. I have my exhaust tips off and the pipes have been cut a bit because i had GMMG tips on my loudmouth, but anyways will the exhaust melt the valence over that period of time? or would only the pipe touching the valence melt it. If it does melt it I'm gonna go to home depot and just get some slight bends to angle it away from the valence.

It will melt. However, mine slightly melted maybe a 1/8" over a couple days of driving. I think you will be fine if your driving there with your valance on the car.
