Gauge Overlay VS Painted Guage Bezel Although I would love to get a gauge overlay, I don't think mama will let me do so, so close to the holidays. As anyone ever painted the actual gauge bezel? I don't even know if it can be done, I just saw the overlays from 6LE Designs and also the price. If I could swing it, I would just get a overlay, but probably not. So I was just wondering if anyone has painted the actual bezel and if so, some pics would be nice. I will do a search and see what I can come up with.
I have one of their overlays. They are well worth the money. To be honest i think a bezel painted anything but black or gray may look very strange and ihave yet to see one done like that on this site. Hopefully some one has apic.

That is my worry that it won't look good. That is why I would have to see a pic first before I even considered it. If I had photo shop I might try it there, but I don't have it. Trying it in paint is a waste of time.

If you scroll down the auction it shows what it looks like. It don't look to bad. And I can leave my stock one alone. It don't look near as good as the overlay, but it's a whole lot cheaper.
