WS6 Vinyl Stripes

WS6 Vinyl Stripes So I put on some Metallic Vinyl stripes on the bird an no less than a mont later they have brownish "waterspots" on them. I've tried several light cleaners to a small section with ZERO luck. Any ideas? Can you polish metallic vinyl? Sorry for the shitty image skills I'm using a cell phone.
I used the Meguiars Natural Shine that seems to do the trick on my black strips, I've also used wax but it didn't work as well. Some graphics take well to being waxed with a product like M20 or NXT while others seem to like Trim Detailer. Just depends what works with your decals...
