If you want OEM color stick with 4300K-5000K
Take a look at FastBright F3 ballasts.
You can find them on AliExpress (and sometimes ebay)

That's just a link to some places to get the ballast, I don't know if any of the vendors listed also have bulbs. You'll need bulbs too.
For a complete (ballasts and bulbs) cheap kit, i used to recommend DDM Tuning, but I can't anymore due to their recent quality and behavior. Some people like hyluxtek which you can find on ebay.
If you want to pay more, you can get a kit from The Retrofit Source. Some people swear by their quality. Others say to get FastBright. I can't say from personal experience since I have neither.

as a general rule I wouldn't expect any decent quality from a kit in the 50 and under price range. We just put a kit from the Retrofit source in my brothers is250 a week or 2 ago, comes with a REALLY nice dual relay harness kit, will see how well it lasts in the long run.
