rear spoiler removal

Hi, looking to replace my Z28 spoiler for 98-02 SS Spoiler, anybody know how to remove existing one. I can't seem to see how where to detach . Thanks in advance

remove the rear hatch interior trim. then 4 10mm nuts and there you go

Thanks friend. Does it just seperate using a screw driver prying it? It looked like it's glued on.

I would get a paint stick stirrer or another flat broad tool and start from the middle and wedge it out working to each side

Had a shop do mine so I can't really say. But I'd suggest trying the old fishing line trick for any adhesive that may be used, once you've already gotten the bolts out.

That's only used for the SS spoiler. He's removing a z28 spoiler. But for reference I used dental floss to cut through my SS should post 3m tape
