Can't identify an interior piece..

Not sure what this little piece on the bottom, of the right side of the center console is. But its gone in my car, googled interior parts and also cant seem to find it anywhere. Any help?

Thank you! Looks the bottom post it sits on is broken, maybe a pick a parts will be the best bet in finding a replacement.

I had my car for several years before I figured out i even had one of those..... never had any passengers in the car.
