Are the Driver & Pass Seats interchangable?

Are the Driver & Pass Seats interchangable? I'm dropping my seats off at the shop to be re-upholstered, so tomorrow I am heading to the local salvage yard to find a cheap seat for the drivers side for a week.
I realize any 1982 - 2002 Camaro /Firebird seat will bolt right in.
But I'd like to know if I was to only find a passenger seat, would that bolt into the drivers side for short-term use?

The seat bottom are interchangeable between the Driver & Passenger. Just need to move a threaded clip from one side to the other (my driver seat bottom is actually a passenger seat bottom). Just to be clear, I'm talking about the seat bottoms being the same between driver and passenger, not the tracks. The tracks are different between driver and passenger. The tops are not exactly interchangeable due to the flip mechanism.
Also, the bottom foam sits on thin wires that cut into it. Disassemble the seat bottom. Put something thin/flexible/sturdy between the wires and foam. Reassemble.
In my case, I used some old screen material and aluminum tape that I had lying around to wrap the wires into a flexible metal shelf for the foam to sit on instead of just bare wires.

My trip to the salvage yard today went well though. 3 4th gen camaros, each with a drivers seat for my taking. $22 cloth power camaro seat, is perfect for a spare while my seats are being upholstered.
Also made a new connection while there with another local f-body owner.
