Default Hella Micro DE Fogs in Formula bumper

Just a little project I've been working on when I have free time. Firebirds have really crappy lights. Plan is to upgrade the low beam lights with Hella 60mm projectors (already purchased projector and bracket). Then the fogs that came with the bumper I bought were toast so I modded the stock fog bracket and this is where I'm at so far.

The fogs will have HID's in them. Below is a picture of when they were mounted on my SS.

Damn, those tiny things put out some light. Any pics of the fogs mounted in the Camaro, and with lights off?

I couldn't find a pic of them mounted on the Camaro but they are pretty much the same size of the stock fogs. Very little work is needed to mount them to the stock fog light bracket.

These fogs on the Camaro and Mini H1 projectors in the headlights were no comparison to the stock crap.

Here is the Camaro with mini h1 projectors if you are interested.

You can find some fog light options in the Lighting FAQ:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...hting-faq.html

Unfortunately, many of the pics are now gone, but once installed, the Hella Micro DE looks pretty much stock on a 1998-2002 Camaro except for a vertically "ribbed" lens instead of clear.

I did some searching and found a thread with pics (which I also just added to the Lighting FAQ):

The reason people typically replace the stock Camaro Fog Lights is because the lens has gotten really pitted and the chrome inside has burnt/flaked off:

BTW, I also add this thread to the Firebird Fog Light section of the Lighting FAQ.
