Anyone used the Holley valve covers with stock ls1 coils? They don't have the right bolt spacing and spending money on new coils is a bit wasteful?
I thought about getting some brackets to help mount them. Would these work to line up the holes?
Here's what I did to help a customer. I used an extra coil I had (disregard the terrible paint job on it). All you have to do is use a Dremel with a cut off wheel and open up the holes where the coil bolts go through. Simply turn them into slots. Then bolt them down nice and tight. Hope this helps.
