Default projector help

working on a set of projector lights and was curious how the set up should be.
car is 25-30 ft away from garage wall.
1- on the drivers side light, where should the lowest part of the beam be, how high off the ground in relation to the bulb itself?
2- same bulb, regarding the "step" in the beam, where should the step begin in relation to the bulb? Directly in front of the bulb, etc.
Thanks

Roughly...
Since our cars are low, Measure to center line of the projector. Put tape line on wall at that height. Aim projectors so the lower part of teh stepped beam is 2" lower than that line for normal/standard aiming.

I aimed my Firebird almost level since the center line was 25" or less and factory headlights on cars typically aim for 25" height at 25ft (as long as that height is lower than the center line, never aim up).

Hot spot of the beam should be top-centered in the beam right where the uptick is (at the point where the beam changes). It should be at the upper edge of the beam and not lower.

Which projectors do you have?
What car is this?

I have the passenger and drivers side the correct distance apart, was just curious about where that "step" in the beam was supposed to be. (Don't want to have my beams to far off on the right.

The point at which the beam changes / steps up should be center point of beam. So aim them straight ahead. Think of that change as the center of the headlight and aim that straight ahead.

_____/-----_____/-----

Also, I think the step of those 60mm is a little taller than some so start with a 1"-2" drop from center height instead of level.

Hellas have huge steps. Bigger than they appear in the pic.
