they call it the "super car spoiler" on their website, probably because it is close to the ducktail spoiler on the dick harrell cars.
OP, not sure there are many on here who have them, but a simple google search of "Camaro ducktail spoiler" came up with a bunch of results. mostly 5th gens, but there were a bunch of 4th gens in the results as well with the spoiler you are asking about.
