I searched, I really did. I have a mystery noise and I am looking for a couple of plastic pieces.

When you open the hatchback there is a cover that can be flipped down to hide the rear little storage area, or up and laid flat. I don't know what this is called.

I am looking for the little plastic end pieces for this cover. They fit on the end of the cover rods and clip into the plastic speaker covers.

What are they called?

trunk deck lid panel or cargo flap is the name of the full panel, there are a few on ebay but they actually seem to be missing the plastic retainer clip. Let me see if I can find mine, I swapped to a milhouse box and I had to install hinges due to the weight of the panel.

Thanks. I found it described variously as a cargo cover or trunk divider. All I was hoping to find to buy on line are the plastic end pieces, the rest of my cover is fine but the end pieces are broke or missing.

Anyway, I was trying to find a mystery noise and I have determined that the cargo cover isn't it.

yeah I took my plastic clips off thinking I needed them for my milhouse box, but it came with some other ones. I have my original ones stowed away somewhere.

have you tried Hawks 3rd gen? they keep some random stuff and they maybe a good place to try if you want some new ones.

say more about the rattle though, like when it happens that help to point a finger at the cause.

I had a mystery noise back there last year also. Mine turned out to be on the Pass side, the joint where the spare tire cover hinged to the side panel. It was barely loose enough to rattle some with certain bass tones. Drove me nuts till I found it. I've added double sided tape in there to fix it, and to the Drivers side also for a preventative measure.

I didn't know these plastic pieces came off, without destroying them or the rod?
