Default Very dirty instrument cluster

Hey everyone, I just got a T/A instrument cluster to swap into my camaro and the clear plastic face is VERY dirty. I was wondering how everyone is cleaning these without scratching them. Also if there are some scratches under this dirt how might I fix those.

Any mild cleaner that doesn't contain ammonia should be fine.

For restoration, it's similar to restoring any other type of plastic lens: Compound if scratches are deep, polish (you can start here if the scratches are superficial), and seal with wax/sealant for protection during future dusting. I have used the 2-step 3M lens cleaner & polish for this before - but the cleaner might be more aggressive than you need depending on the condition.

RPM nailed it. Any mild cleaner should do you well. If it does need polishing, there are a multitude of plastic lens polishes available for just that.

Use Swiffer Sweeper sheets, they won't scratch.

Mothers and McGuire's have plastic polish and it is great way to improve plastic by hand or powerball. Think they both have UV protection also.

I'll swing by the checker and see what They got. Try to hand polish it.
