Default LED conversion question...

I haven’t pulled my car out for a couple of years and am in the process of getting it road ready again. I decided to buy LED’s to replace the exterior lighting because half the bulbs were burnt out from sitting.
I have replaced all the turn signal bulbs, as well as tail lamp bulbs and side markers with 194 and 3157 LED’s.
I already had an electronic flasher from many years ago in an attempt to do LED swaps but I found that the technology wasn’t that great then when I tried it as it is now. I do not have any sort of resistors for what it’s worth, and I realize that could be the issue.
the issue is that when one side, either the driver or passenger side has these LED’s up front and back in the turn signal, the flasher just sort of goes in super slow motion and is lit up the whole time, fading in and out of dimness. The led’s barely light up when they’re on individually too.
However, the hazard lights work perfectly, and I do realize they’re on a separate flasher.
I’m just puzzled as to the route I should take. I have searched and found some interesting topics on the subject but cannot find the solution other than to replace flasher, add resistors (if so, which ones?)
mans I even found some issues with people having the cruise control not work when replacing tail lights with LED’s.. weird.

One thing I found interesting was that if I tried using another old 3157 LED I have up front, it flashes like normal. Is it plausible that I need a different flasher again? Or do I have the incorrect bulb type? I read somewhere that it ‘must be’ a dual filament bulb, and I thought it was based off the hazard flashers working properly.
or do I need resistors? I’ve been off this forum for a few years so I apologize if this is in the wrong spot.

The LED’s I used are these:
