So as like everyone door panel out there mine have cracked. I've read up and watched the vids about fixing it by removing the staples and replacing with zip tie. My question, is there an epoxy to fix the crack that almost the same color as the interior plastic? Of what are you doing with the panels after the fix?
I fixed many of these door panels.Doesn't matter what color the epoxy is as it's on the inside.I use thin stainless steel wire instead of ties as they hols better. If it is done correctly the crack will be almost invisible..

Ok, that makes makes sense. I was thinking after removing the staples and putting in the small zip ties that the crack would still be there. when using the zip ties, or stainless wire in your case, it allows the plastic to relax back?
