center console bolts

center console bolts This is driving me crazy. I have no idea where i misplaced the bolts to my center console when i removed it. Where can I buy these bolts or find out what size they are.
I found my center console and dash bolts from my doner dash and as I recall the center console ones are the 4 10mm and all the trim ones are the 7mm. They 10mm are 1" long with a wider washer and the 7mm are 3/4" long. I found 2 10mm bolts, lighter in color too, not sure where they go, my bird is still in the shop.

If I remember correctly, the console "bolts" are really hex head screws (not machine thread bolts). If you still have one of them somewhere on the car, take it to Home Depot / Lowes / Ace/ True Value / etc and find a close match. Double-check the various bolt locations to see if they are threads or a clip. If threads, then probably machine thread bolt. If clip, then probably screw thread. EX: The bolts that hold the Radio and AC controls are screw thread that go into a clip.
If you have a tap & die set, you can test the threaded holes to see what kind it is and get matching bolts.

Verdad Gallardo Well if you can't find a 4th gen in the junkyard (there are always a couple v6 sitting out there, doesn't matter where you go), go get some bolts from a Buick regal from the same era. They're not special camaro bolts, they were used throughout the interior of gm products of that era. Id rather have the gm fastener than spend time getting comparable stuff from home depot.
The 10mm bolts/screws have a 5/8" washer and course threads at 4 threads per 1/4". The 7mm ones had a 1/2" washer and look to have just over 4 teeth per 1/4". The 2 lighter color 10mm nuts have the "built in" washers at 9/16" in width.
I have not been terribly impressed with the "new" aftermarket screws/bolts I have been using from the big box auto or hardware stores. @themealonwheels has a good point, any GM car from that time frame should have similar bolts, as long as they were made in the same country (Canada has the metrics of course). I was trying to use new hardware store screws on factory J-clips and could not get them to hold well, swapped out the J-clips for new ones and they work perfect.
