Aftermarket Steering Wheel issue

Aftermarket Steering Wheel issue I installed the NRG wheel / hub adapter/ quick release kit in my 98 camaro and my steering feels like total sh*t. Super heavy, feels like its rubbing and just all around doesn't feel right at all. I followed a guide online and I did not remove the clock spring but another thread on here stated that removing the clock spring was necessary to prevent the steering from rubbing and being tight. Can anyone clarify if the clock spring needs to be removed? And if so, can the horn still function w/o the clock spring in place.

Well you said that removal of clockspring was necessary to make it not feel like complete ***, which is what you didn't do and now the wheel feels like ***. Hmm wonder if there is a correlation there.
