ive got an 02 WS6, and the AC vents have all become brittle and broken to different degrees. I’ve got all 5 of them out, but now I need to replace them.
The 3 in the center are easy, I can find them at autozone, but I cannot find the driver and passenger side units which appear to be different size.
I don’t need the bezel, just the mechanism that snaps into the bezel.
anyone have any suggestions?

Depends on what is broken. In my case, I bought a replacement vent and disassembled it to replace the broken slats in my existing vents (center and driver). I think I was able to replace the 2nd largest slat in the driver side since one of the slats in the replacement was close.
Otherwise, used vents are available on ebay for all positions (I just looked).

Unfortunately the driver and passenger vents are nearly completely destroyed
I will definitely go the used route if I can’t find anything new, but was hoping to avoid used because they are likely to be just as brittle and weak as mine.
I was looking into swapping the Miata vents in. From what I gathered the driver and the passenger just needed a little duct tape to make them tighter around edges. Maybe buy the other two and build up the lip for driver and passenger.
I managed to pick up some new center vents from Amazon. They are only slightly smaller than the driver and passenger vents, so I’m going to see if they can fit into the driver and passenger side vent hole and attach to the center clip ring that is already existing. And maybe use some electrical tape if needed, to help them fit snug.
if that doesn’t work, I’m going to see about 3D printing a new insert ring for the driver and passenger vent holes that will be a bit thicker and can fit the center dash vents.
