Will this look cool or stupid?

Hey everyone I got the replacement hood for my car and it silver. My car's black. The paint job on the hood is PERFECT, not a damn thing wrong with it. I just placed it on my car yesterday for the hell of it and I thought it looked pretty damn cool. I was thinking about leaving the hood silver, because it looked really good, and then tying it in, with some silver driver's side Grand Sport stripe (already in the mail), and the silver rear CAMARO letters. Eventually, I'm getting rid of my chromes for some type of painted aluminum 17's, maybe 10-spoke SS's, so I think will pull it together even more. Opinions? Thanks.

P.S. I want my car to look unique as there are WAY too many black Z's around here, and I think this will help me stand out on the street and in the car show I'm entering.

If I were you I would paint it because alot of people will think it is more of a ricer thing. And not only that but I think it will look better painted.

Haha, will do when I get it all completed. Usually I'm a pretty basic, monochrome kind of guy, but I think this may just work, either way I'm gonna do those GS stripes.

Yeah grandsport stripes are bad *** but post up a pic of the hood on the car, it actually might look pretty good.

Paint the rest of the car silver to match the hood.

Or go two-tone with a silver top half and black bottom half (or the other way 'round). Hmmm, I like that picture im my head.... silver on the bottom and black on top.

Sorry, but IMHO it doesnt look right with the hood being silver and the rest of the car being black.
