Yes, just like flossing - its safer than just yanking the badges off with your fingers. You will likely have to clean up some risidual glue, but that stuff comes off fairly easily with tar remover Comes off nice that way. good luck

Thanks everyone. In case you're wondering why I'm asking (you're probably not, but oh well, too bad), it's because my car is black and people already ask if its a v6 or a Z, so I'm taking off all the badging and taking advantage of the fact that my new, dumped true duals leave nothing visible. Basically, I'm making it a pseudo-sleeper, black, no badging, no visible exhaust.

I live in Texas so heating mine up was not needed. I used a piece of string to get in under my emblems. Goo Gone works the best to take off the remaining glue. I have removed the emblems and decals from every car/truck I have ever owned. Its not too hard. Just take your time.
