Default accent stripes

I was going to install some front fender stripes or accents with the c5 logo in the carbon fiber or black look. Does anyone have experience with this on any type of vehicle and can you wax over the stripes decals as you normally would and use the regular car wash pressure washer in that area or will that take them off. Im looking for it to be a permanent look or solution. Will a regular car wash bucket with the scrubbing pad take these things off? The ones om looking at have a c5 logo etched into them where it goes into the paint so would i need to not wash this area or how do you go about detailing wash and wax? I normally use the regualr change carwash or bucket with carwash soap and scrubbing pad and plain old turtle wax with a terry cloth. I dont have much experience with this type of detail work but i figure someones installed stuff similar to this on an f-body or other vehicle. Newer corvettes have this stripe but not sure how well they are maintained or garage kept.

You can even see in the advertisement photo the decal is slightly unadhered or not pressed down in one spot of the accent stripes. I dont want to throw 50$ away if the stripes dont stick and last as long as paint 5-10 years. Can you wash and wax right over them as you normally would.
