Im trying to attempt sealing up my rear hatch glass, I've removed the flat plastic. Now I need to remove the plastic around the glass .. Does that also use push pin type fasteners holding it in like the flat piece? Any tips for removal?
They use fir tree fasteners on the surrounding trim. Takes a good bit of force to pull them out. Be careful though, the edges of that plastic are stupid sharp! I cut my fingers up really good pulling that crap off to have some tinting done. Then I remembered I had a dam door panel tool.....

Ok cool so it uses the same fasteners as the large flat part. Great point about the tint also, mine is bubbled and could use a redo
