Seat belt question... When reinstalling my passenger seat, I realized that it looks like the seat belt was twisted when it was assembled at the plant. Is anyone else's car this way? I don't think this is normal and wonder if the bolt can be removed at the floor and the anchor flipped and reinstalled?

I haven't had this problem with any of my F-bodies, but my wife's 2012 Malibu came this way (twisted passenger side seat belt). I've never bothered to fix it, but it should be repairable as my 2010 model (which is the same car) didn't come that way. It must've just been a mistake/assembly line flaw.

The bolt head is a Torx Plus, not a Torx. You could strip the head and have to push really hard to turn the bolt if you use the wrong tool. The bolt turns easy as pie with the right tool. Tighten to 31 lb-ft if I remember right.
