Redlinegoods.com steering wrap experiences?
Has anyone used Redline goods to wrap their f-body wheel? They used to be a sponsor on here and I paid and sent them my wheel about 3 weeks ago for wrapping. I was told today that there were "fitment issues" in wrapping the wheel (which seems crazy since I've seen multiple users on here with their finished product of the same exact wheel and wrap). They don't answer their 888 number and their communication on Facebook has been basically awful, receiving responses once every 4 or 5 days.
Will keep everyone posted on the situation, looking to see if they're really reputable or if I'm basically going to have to file a police report/chargeback and never see my steering wheel again.
This is obviously stuff I should've asked prior to sending them my wheel but I was on a tight timeline due to an upcoming move and I had a good enough level of confidence based on past work I've seen from them on here.

At the end of the day, the wheel came out great and I got it back almost exactly 1 month after I sent it to them. Their communication however is horrific. 3 days ago they said they would send me a picture of the completed wheel before shipping; that never happened. They told me the wheel had been shipped and when I asked for a tracking number they couldn't find the time of day to provide that. So the wheel just showed up on my doorstep today and I installed it. They do decent work but the communication is awful for spending nearly $500 on leather and installation. This is also a company that has wraps VERY specific to f-bodies on their website with checkout options, that has been doing these a while. I'm not surprised they're no longer a sponsor and overall I can't recommend them to anyone on here just on the communication alone. Trying to get any info from them was like pulling teeth.
