Default Redlinegoods.com steering wrap experiences?

All -

Has anyone used Redline goods to wrap their f-body wheel? They used to be a sponsor on here and I paid and sent them my wheel about 3 weeks ago for wrapping. I was told today that there were "fitment issues" in wrapping the wheel (which seems crazy since I've seen multiple users on here with their finished product of the same exact wheel and wrap). They don't answer their 888 number and their communication on Facebook has been basically awful, receiving responses once every 4 or 5 days.

Will keep everyone posted on the situation, looking to see if they're really reputable or if I'm basically going to have to file a police report/chargeback and never see my steering wheel again.

This is obviously stuff I should've asked prior to sending them my wheel but I was on a tight timeline due to an upcoming move and I had a good enough level of confidence based on past work I've seen from them on here.

I did get the wheel back today. After I bitched and moaned through every medium of communication with them that I could find I finally started getting answers roughly once a day. They tried to low-key place blame on me because normally they ship the customer just the wrap and then you send your steering wheel back with the wrap basically confirming it's what you want. I requested to just send my wheel directly to them because I'm moving shortly and trust that they could handle a black nappa leather with white stitching wrap without me seeing it. How any of that has anything to do with how they mis-cut the original wrap is beyond me, but that's the game they tried to play to save face.

At the end of the day, the wheel came out great and I got it back almost exactly 1 month after I sent it to them. Their communication however is horrific. 3 days ago they said they would send me a picture of the completed wheel before shipping; that never happened. They told me the wheel had been shipped and when I asked for a tracking number they couldn't find the time of day to provide that. So the wheel just showed up on my doorstep today and I installed it. They do decent work but the communication is awful for spending nearly $500 on leather and installation. This is also a company that has wraps VERY specific to f-bodies on their website with checkout options, that has been doing these a while. I'm not surprised they're no longer a sponsor and overall I can't recommend them to anyone on here just on the communication alone. Trying to get any info from them was like pulling teeth.

Used them for many things in the past but not a steering wheel wrap. They are out of Poland so that probably doesn't help with communication. At one point I considered sending them a spare steering wheel for a flat bottom upgrade along with Nappa leather and Alcantara but decided against it. Have plenty of their other pieces in my car and the quality is good and has lasted with proper care..
