Color matched spray paint....

Color matched spray paint.... Hey..
I was wondering if GM sold colors that matched our cars in the spray can style. I know they have them with the little touch up brush.
The reason I need this. Apparently the previous owner of my car had a leaky battery installed, and the acid splashed around and ruined the paint. I was in the process of cleaning the passenger strut area to do the !wire mod. Well, as soon as I started wiping to clean it up. The paint just washed off and you could see where something had splashed up there and caused the paint to go bad..
