Lexol has always worked well for me. Get the leather conditioner, not the leather cleaner.

Leather Honey will soften leather some. I let it sit for a day in the summer and then wipe it off with leather cleaner.

It also depends how long the seats have been neglected. Sometimes it can be too late. I've always had a 6 month ritual with Meguiar's or Mother's products which can be found at your local auto parts store or even Walmart in some instances.

Always use Mink oil on my jackets...maybe spread it on thick and leave a day or so in the sun and then wipe off excess ?

I use Shine Supply Leather Conditioner. I have used it on everything from Ferrari and Porche 911s to vintage Rolls Royce's. It does an excellent job on my Camaro's leather.
